# 📜 Fairy 2.0 Server Rules
Welcome to **Fairy 2.0**, and thank you for choosing to play with us.
Fairy 2.0 is a private community dedicated to **Final Fantasy XI**, created to offer a peaceful, respectful and well-maintained gaming environment. The server, launcher, updates, events and translations require a lot of work and cooperation: for this reason, all players are asked to follow a few important rules.
Accessing and remaining on Fairy 2.0 means accepting these rules.

## 🤝 1. Respect Between Players
All members of the community must behave in a polite and respectful way.
The following are not allowed:
* insults, provocations, threats or toxic behavior;
* discrimination of any kind;
* offensive comments related to gender, origin, nationality, language, religion, personal orientation or any other personal characteristic;
* harassment, stalking, doxxing or sharing private information;
* discussions created only to cause arguments or tension.
Fairy 2.0 is a small community: mutual respect is essential.

## 🛡️ 2. Respect Toward GMs, Admins and Staff
GMs and staff members work to keep the server stable, organized and enjoyable for everyone.
Players are required to respect staff decisions, even when they disagree. Any issue, complaint or report must be communicated politely and privately through the correct channels.
The following are not allowed:
* insults or pressure toward GMs/Admins;
* repeated requests for favors, items, gil, teleport or personal advantages;
* attempts to influence staff decisions;
* false accusations against other players or staff members.
The staff may intervene at any time to protect the server and the community.

## 🚫 3. Bots, Cheats, Exploits and Unauthorized Programs
The use of the following is strictly forbidden:
* bots;
* cheats;
* speed hacks;
* wall hacks;
* packet injection;
* unauthorized automation programs;
* tools designed to modify client or server behavior;
* any software created to gain unfair advantages.
It is also forbidden to leave a character playing, farming, fighting or performing actions automatically without real player control.
The official Fairy 2.0 launcher and the features provided by the project must be used in a fair, proper and non-automated way.
Any addon, plugin, script or external program that allows automation, abuse, unfair advantage or unintended gameplay behavior may be forbidden by the staff at any time.

## 👥 4. Multibox / Dualbox
Multiboxing or dualboxing is allowed only within the limits established by the staff and only if the characters are manually controlled by the player.
Using bots, scripts or automation to control multiple characters at the same time is not allowed.
The fact that dualboxing is permitted does not allow unfair behavior, abuse of content, automatic farming or advantages gained through external programs.

## 🐞 5. Bugs, Glitches and Game Exploits
If you find a bug, error, glitch or abnormal server behavior, you are encouraged to report it to the staff.
The following are forbidden:
* exploiting bugs to gain advantages;
* duplicating items, gil or rewards;
* abusing missions, BCNM, NM, drops, shops, NPCs or custom systems;
* publicly sharing methods to exploit bugs or glitches.
Players who discover and report issues correctly help the server.
Players who intentionally exploit them may be sanctioned.

## 💰 6. Economy, Items, Gil and Accounts
The following are forbidden:
* selling gil, items or accounts;
* real-money trading;
* selling in-game services for real money;
* using another player’s account without permission;
* theft, scams or deceptive behavior toward other players.
Fairy 2.0 is a free and non-commercial project. No server content may be used for unauthorized personal profit.

## 💬 7. Discord, Chat and Official Channels
The same respect rules apply on Discord, in-game chat, private messages and any channel connected to Fairy 2.0.
The following are not allowed:
* spam;
* flooding;
* unauthorized advertising;
* promotion of other servers, groups, services or communities without permission;
* suspicious or potentially harmful links;
* offensive, political, extreme, provocative or unsuitable content;
* discussions created to cause drama or arguments.
The staff may remove messages, close discussions or intervene whenever necessary.

## 📢 8. Petitions, External Campaigns and Unrelated Initiatives
The official Fairy 2.0 channels may not be used to promote petitions, signature campaigns, social campaigns, external initiatives, requests toward companies or projects that are not directly connected to Fairy 2.0 or Final Fantasy XI.
Even when a cause may be understandable or positive, the staff must protect the neutrality, image and safety of the community.
Any publication request must first be reviewed and approved by the staff. Without approval, such content will be removed.
Fairy 2.0 must not appear as the official promoter of external initiatives unrelated to the project.

## 🏰 9. Project Identity and Community Protection
Fairy 2.0 is a private, free and fan-managed project.
The server must not be used for:
* unauthorized commercial activities;
* external campaigns;
* data collection;
* personal promotions;
* initiatives that may damage the project’s reputation;
* behavior that may create problems for the community or staff.
Final Fantasy XI, the Final Fantasy name, content, trademarks, characters, music and original game elements belong to their respective owners.
Fairy 2.0 operates as a private and non-commercial community. For this reason, we ask all members to behave correctly, carefully and respectfully.

## ⚖️ 10. Sanctions
Breaking the rules may result, depending on severity, in:
* verbal warning;
* official warning;
* temporary mute;
* Discord kick;
* temporary account suspension;
* removal of items, gil or progress obtained unfairly;
* temporary ban;
* permanent ban.
The staff will evaluate each situation case by case.
Serious violations, such as bots, cheats, intentional exploits, threats, scams, account theft or repeated toxic behavior, may lead directly to a ban without prior warning.

## 🌟 11. Community Cooperation
Fairy 2.0 grows thanks to player cooperation.
Useful reports, bug reports, constructive suggestions and correct behavior all help improve the server.
We ask you to play with respect, fairness and common sense.
